We hand-pack every order. If something's not right, we make it right. That's not a policy — it's the standard.

Free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $75. Orders under $75 ship at a flat rate of $6.95. We don't do international shipping yet — but it's coming.

Orders are hand-packed and typically ship within 2–4 business days. During drops or high-volume periods it may take up to 5 business days. You'll get a tracking number the moment it leaves our hands.

Standard shipping: 5–8 business days. Expedited options are available at checkout. All orders ship from California.

Wear it hard for 30 days. If it doesn't hold up — stitching fails, fabric gives out, or the print cracks — send it back and we'll make it right. No hoops. No fine print. That's the standard.

Unworn items in original condition can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Sale items are final sale. To start a return, email us at returns@bluecollarstandard.us with your order number and reason.

If we packed it wrong or it arrived damaged, that's on us. Email returns@bluecollarstandard.us with a photo and your order number and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — your call.
